Dunlop Romanian Superbike 2017 Rules

Riders, technicians, officials and others involved in any way in the organization and running of the competition "ROMANIAN Dunlop Superbike 2017 'are required to know and comply with the provisions of this Regulation and its Annexes. It is the responsibility of teams to train its own members in order to know the provisions of this Regulation and its annexes. Ignorance of this regulation and its annexes does not exempt anyone from responsibility and possible sanctions. The competition is addressed to the Romanian and foreign riders whatever their level riding who want to conduct an outdoor sporting activity that requires circuits designed to pilot motorcycles, safely.

1. Sporting Regulations

1.1. The calendar "DUNLOP ROMANIAN Superbike 2017 class- SBK and SSP

Change can be made for technical reasons stages can cancel at any time but cannot add another stage without being announced at least 30 days in advance.

1.2. Rules
Rounds can be part of international competitions, but will produce separate rankings.
The organizer will publish at least 7 days before the stage following schedule of phase (state the time of access to the park, at a Technical Review, start the training classes, start time racing classes. Organiser reserves the right to modify the program in any moment, if is needed..
The organizer disclaims any liability for damage caused to motorcycles, accessories and materials by accident, fire or other incident.
Teams access to the closed park must be secured with at least 4 hours before the first workout.
Teams will be provided with access to toilets
It is not allowed to stop on the race track in free practice and during races.
The ride in reverse direction on circuit is prohibited.
The maximum speed on pit lane is 60 km / h and 30km / h in the paddock.
If a rider cause to another rider damage to the bike and produce his injury as a result of a wrong maneuver considered dangerous riding will be disqualified from the race.
The rider who is front of at least one wheel has priority entry into the curve.
Following a motorcycle accident can be reused only if a new technical check is made.
Alcohol consumption is not allowed, drugs or doping substances prohibited in sport. In case of a appeal, an antidopping control can be made.

1.2. Officials
Officials delegates for the entire competition are:
Clerk - is responsible for complying with this regulation throughout the competition and the smooth conduct of training and racing. Coordinate the different compartments of the competition. It has the following powers:
a) Control the training and race schedule compliance and, if necessary, propose changes to their hours Competition Jury in accordance with the Sporting Regulations.
b) Stop training or race under Sporting Regulations if it considers them unsafe and continue to ensure that the correct restart procedure is applied.
c) Controls the starting procedure.
d) Authorize the entry of ambulances and vehicles circuit for rapid intervention.
e) Sanctions for the violation of regulations riders during competition

  1. f) Sanctions team members, etc. for serious breaches of regulations during the competition.
    g) Approve and sign the provisional results of training, qualifying and racing.
    h) Notify the Competition Jury breach of regulations.

    Director of Track - is responsible for:
    a) Ensure that the circuit meets the statutory conditions for conducting permanent competition.
    b) Ensure that all officials and services are in their seats. for this purpose, 20 minutes before each workout and each race will make a tour of inspection of the circuit when possible.
    c) Ensures that the regulations.
    d) Notices Jury Prize on possible violations of the regulations.

    Starter - responsible for starting procedures.
    Chief Timekeeper - responsible for timekeeping, the grid and the final rankings.
    Other officials - Commissioners route, park commissioner shall be appointed, if necessary, by the organizer.

    3. Jury Prize - consists of:
    - Delegate Promoter (President of the jury)
    - Clerk
    - One representative from riders who achieved top 3 ranking last year Superbike Challenge class and winners of the other classes.

    Duties Competition Jury are:
    - Ensure compliance with the regulations in force by all those involved in the contest.
    - Judge appeals against decisions of the Clerk or other breaches of the regulation.
    Competition Jury will meet whenever necessary, but mandatory before the start of the first practice. The mandatory meetings and delegates will attend clubs (one delegate for each club), chief timekeeper Commissioner park, but without voting rights.
    Decisions are taken by simple majority.

    1.4. Classes. Classes of competition are:
    - Class Superbike Challenge (18 years) - open
    - SuperSport Class (18 years) - open
    - Romanian Superbike class (18 years) includes only riders residing in Romania.
    - Rookies Class 600 (from 16 years) - Open juniors
    - Class Rookies in 1000 (16 years) - open beginners

    1.5. Entries and participants
    To take part in a stage of the competition "DUNLOP ROMANIAN Superbike" an rider must have the following documents:
    - Driving license A / A1 or license to practice sport motorcycle speed circuit.
    - Copy of birth certificate or CI or juvenile.
    - Authenticated consent of both parents, if the rider has not turned 18 at the time of the stage. The documents will be submitted to the secretariat of the competition before the technical inspection, and will be received back after the contest.
    - Fee payment.
    Submitting ranking "DUNLOP ROMANIAN Superbike" is automatic and free if the rider participate in the first stage and can be done at any other stage upon request and apply a fee of 20 Euro.

    We recommend signing an accident insurance policy valid for sports competitions.
    Participants testify on his own responsibility as their health allows them to ride motorcycles.

Rookies CUP 2015 - Competition to promote and finding new talent.
Rockies Cup 1000 - Motorcycles with engine capacity not exceeding 1000cmc 4-cylinder engines.
and 1300cc 2-cylinder engines.
Rockies CUP 600 - Motorcycles maximum capacity of 636 cc 4-cylinder engines, 700 cc 3-cylinder or 750 cc 2-cylinderengines.

This competition is open to beginners and intermediate level riders who do not have a sufficiently large circuit experience to participate in advanced competitions. Registration is based on the application form.
Not allowed riders who have accumulated at the beginning of the season, at least in the last 3 years, the following results:

Not allowed riders who finished in the top 12 of the advanced classes in the last 3 years.
In the absence of information, Dunlop Romanian Superbike organizers reserve the right to restrict enrollment based on the level of riding.
1.6. The competition numbers will be assigned in the order the results obtained in the previous season. Applications for booking the race numbers must be made at least 30 days before the start of the season. Riders who enroll for the first time in a class will receive the remaining unassigned numbers. Managing requests for competition numbers is done by the promoter. The competition numbers 1,2,3 cannot be attributed only occupants of these positions last season.

1.7. Revision technical and medical control.
All motorcycles and helmets must be presented at technical inspection before participating in the first practice session timed. An rider may have to review by 2 motorcycles for each class. An rider may compete in different bike than the presenter of the competition at any time if it has the technical inspection.
At the request of the Clerk or doctor competition, any rider must undergo medical examination. Refusal result in disqualification. It will be able to control alcohol and anti-doping code in accordance with IOC

1.8. Training
Are required a minimum of two timed workouts of 20 minutes for each class, which will determine the grid in race training.
If the program includes a session of Superpole, it will determine the starting grid for the race. In Superpole session timed workouts top 12 riders in their first 12 places on the grid row by performing a single timed lap. The session must allow the Superpole lap riders to ride in free track conditions.
The organizer may choose a certain class one embodiment qualifying riders based separation into 2 groups modeled value other international competitions. All changes must be published at least 30 days prior to the stage.
Before the race with up to 6 hours, each class will receive a -warm-up "at least 10 minutes.

To be admitted to the race, a participant must perform in qualifications a minimum of 5 laps. To qualify to race, an rider must achieve a maximum 10% slower lap time compared with the best lap time of the first rider of his class , Superbike and Supersport classes and 15% for classes Rookies. Exceptions to this rule may be dictated by the competition jury. Qualifying Practice Results will be posted at the park.

1.9. The grid positions on the grid will be determined times in training riders make official from the best time. 1.10. Races
The length of each race will be determined by the organizer within the following limits:
Superbike -class = 45-80km
SuperSport -class = 40-70km
-class Rookies1000 and Rookies600 = 30-55 km

Once the length of a race may be modified only by Jury Prize.
It is necessary to have a minimum of a timekeeping system with transponders.

1.11. Starting procedure
The start is with engines running in the grid or flying start. At the start, the race director will announce Track "dry" or "wet". If there is no announcement, the race will be automatically considered "dry".

1.11.1 The start of the grid. They start from the grid only those riders who have completed at least one round of recognition. Pushing the bike park on the grid is prohibited.
According to the program stage before the race start will open park and allow riders to complete a tour of recognition.
Riders who have not taken their seats on the grid may start the heating flow at the exit of the park under the guidance of the Commissioner of the park. They will start behind the grid.

Riders who fail to start the engine and push their bikes to the park where they can try line and start to change engines or motorcycles. These riders will start heating round off the line of the park and will start the race behind the grid
On returning to the grid, riders will resume their places in boxes, with the front wheel of the bike box attached to the line without stopping the engine. An official stands in front grille with a red flag high. A red light will be lit for 2-7 seconds. The start is by quenching red traffic light.
Riders who anticipated start after switching traffic lights will be penalized with a penalty of 20 seconds at the end of the race. Once riders have crossed the line of the park, park commissioner will allow riders here to start the race.

1.12. Racing "wet" and "dry" race .Any be labeled as "wet" or "dry". Cataloging will be announced on the grid by displaying a corresponding panel. If there is no panel, the race will be considered "dry".
Racing "dry" - a dry race can be interrupted only by the Clerk, if it considers necessary to change the tire changing atmospheric conditions. The rider can lift out first hand to signal start of rain.
Racing "wet" - A wet race cannot be interrupted due to changing weather conditions.
Races discontinued due to weather conditions will be resumed as racing "wet".

1.13. Conduct during training and racing
Riders are required to respect the meaning of flags and signposts.
Riders must compete in a responsible manner that does not endanger other riders or other participants. The use of motorcycles in the park, except starting the engine and driving to and from the line of the park is prohibited. paddock maximum speed not exceeding 30 km / hour. 1.14. the flags significance.
1.14.1. Information Flags:

1.15. Interrupting a race
If the Clerk decides interruption of the race, then it will look red flag at the finish line and route all posts by arbitration. Riders are required to immediately reduce speed and return to the park. 1.15.1 If the race is stopped in the last round, the ranking will be as follows:

1.15.3. 1.15.5. Resuming a paused racing
If a race to be resumed, it must be done as quickly as possible, depending on the route. Once the riders have returned to the park, Route Director will announce the time to resume the start procedure which, if allowed by state route shall not be later than 10 minutes after the red flag display.
The results of the first part of the course must be displayed before the resumption home.
The procedure will be the normal home
All riders can resume start except participants who disrupt the race.

1.16. End of races and results

1.17. Park closed
At the end of the race, the first three motorcycles plus any motorcycle indicated by the Clerk shall be deposited in the park closed for possible protests. They may be lifted after 30 minutes.
1.18. Points and rankings
Participants who are not enrolled in the competition does not accumulate points. Riders enrolled will accumulate points scored in every race. Will be declared the winner rider with the most points. The points awarded for each race will be:

Except for classes SBK and SSP last stage where if you do not be able to hold two separate par sleeves, double points will be awarded.

In case of equality of points will consider the best placement in the race. If the tie persists will consider the best placement on the grid. If the tie persists constiui will benefit most recent result (last stage).
The top three finishers in each race are obliged to attend the award ceremony and press conference, if it is organized. The award ceremony is obligatory presence in combinezon.Participantii not present at the award ceremony or who present in overalls unequipped competition will be fined 50 euros for the first offense and 100 for subsequent offenses.

The first 3 places will be awarded in all classes with trophies or cups. The amounts to be obtained from fines will be added to budget for the final standings of the season premiere. Prize funds will be allocated as follows:
Rank 1 Superbike Challenge- 40%, 2nd place 20% Challenge- Superbike, Superbike Challenge- 3rd place 10%
Rank 1 Supersport - 10%, Rank 1 Rookies 1000-10%, Rank 1 Rookies 600-10%

2. Technical Regulations
2.1. General technical rules. During a race, a motorcycle can be powered only by the power of its own engine, muscular force or gravity.

The end levers will filled with a solid material or rubber.
All the levers must end with a minimum diameter of 16mm ball, the ball can be flattened; must remain rounded edges and the minimum thickness must be 14mm; the ball must be an integral part of the lever.
Acceleration must close automatically when not operated by hand.
All side covers covering cavities and circulating oil can get into contact with the ground in case of a fall, be protected by an additional layer of composite material, carbon or Kevlar, aluminum or steel plates.
The rear swingarm Install a chain guard so as to reduce the possibility that any part of the body to be caught between swing pilot, the lower run of the chain and pinion rear wheel.
Not folding ladders must end in a rigid (aluminum, plastic or similar) a minimum 8mm diameter sphere.

The exhaust system can be modified or replaced.
All plugs and screws that are connected to a cavity by circulating oil must be secured with wire.
It should be removed: mirrors, number plate, ladders passenger, the passenger rear set.

Both of the motorcycle brake systems must operate independently.

2.2. Superbike class
Motorcycle engines minimum 601 and maximum engine 1000cc 4-cylinder, 1000 cc 3-cylinder engine, 1300 cc 2-cylinder engine .
Minimum weight sport bike + 230 kg.
Motorbikes can preserve original fairings or be replaced by a slaughter of competition. Motorcycle areas must not have sharp or blunt.
Front forks can be replaced partially or entirely.
Back tipper can replace or modify. Using carbon fiber or Kevlar is prohibited.
The rear suspension can be replaced. The gripper arms rear suspension can be replaced.
The wheels can be replaced.
Front brake pump can be replaced or modified
Front and rear calipers, brake pads, brake discs hoses can be replaced or modified.
You can use any type of tire. Support leg stirrups can be replaced, modified, but must keep the original frame fixings.
Levers, levers and their cables may be modified or replaced. You must keep the engine stop button.
Hulls, mud guards and other parts of the body must keep the bike as approved.
Air pipes from the air filter box hulls to be replaced to change.

The reservoirs of carbon fiber, fiberglass and other composite materials must meet FIM standards on tanks or contain multicellular foam.
The radiator can be replaced or modified. It can be mounted radiators and oil coolers further.
Air filter box can be modified or replaced. It can replace or remove the air filter. Crankcase gas discharge pipes must be connected to the air filter box. The system must be able to retain after a failure up to 1 liter of liquid.
The engine computer (ECU), fuel pump, spark plugs, may be modified or replaced.
Camshafts, gears of axles, valves, springs, seats can be modified or replaced.
Cylinder Head can be changed. You must keep the number of inlets and exhaust. Polishing and changing inlet and outlet openings (porting) is allowed.
The compression ratio can be changed. The combustion chamber may be modified.
The crankshaft, connecting rods, pistons can be modified or replaced.
Reports from the gearbox, and reports and pinion gears on the wheel can be changed.
Additional mechanisms gear selection, systems "quick shift" are allowed. The clutch can be modified or replaced; allowed time limit.
Electrical wiring can be modified or replaced.
All plugs and screws that are connected to a circulating oil cavity must be ensured.
Additional electronic equipment can be used.
Can be removed: Instrumentation, tachometer, speedometer, radiator fan, upper chain protection.

2.3. Class Super Sport
Motorcycle 401 cc engine minimum and maximum 600 cc 4-cylinder engine, 675 cc 3-cylinder engine, 750 cc 2-cylinder engine; are admitted only street tires (Certification number); except for rain tires for racing declaration "wet race"; motorcycles that class can not attend class Super Bike.
Minimum weight sport bike +:
600cc 4 cylinder 675cc 3-cylinder 220 Kg 225 Kg cylinder 750cc 2 228Kg  and 4 cylinder 636cc  with 12Kg ballast weight .
The principal may only be amended by adding admitted holes for mounting components (hulls, handlebar damper, etc.). The frame must be a number.
Front forks can not be replaced. You can change the internal parts of the forks.
It can add or change the handlebar damper. It should not limit fork movement.
Back tipper can not replace or modify.
The rear suspension can be replaced.
The wheels can not be replaced.
Front or rear brake pump can be replaced or modified
Back or front calipers can not be replaced or modified
Brake pads, hoses, brake discs can be replaced or modified; they must keep the dimensions and positions approved ..
Are allowed SLICK tires and tire type approved for use on public roads. if a race is declared -UDA- can use special rain tires marked "Not for Highway Use" or "NHS". The thickness must be running before entering the training or race of at least 2.5mm.
Support leg stirrups can be replaced, modified, but must keep the original frame fixings.
Levers, levers and their cables may be modified or replaced. You must keep the engine stop button.
Hulls, mud guards and other parts of the body must keep the bike as approved.

The engine computer (ECU), fuel pump, pressure regulator, spark plugs, plugs, air intake funnels can be modified or replaced.
Camshafts, gears of axles, valves, can be changed.
Cylinderhead, can be changed. You must keep the number of inlets and exhaust. Polishing and changing inlet and outlet openings (porting) is allowed.
The compression ratio can be changed. The combustion chamber may be modified.
The crankshaft, connecting rods, pistons can not be changed or replaced.

- Not allowed modification of the motorcycle other that are specify in this rules;
- Not modify the rear swingarm.
- It is not permitted to change the tank,
- It is forbiddenchangingoraddinganotherwater or oil radiator

- It is not permitted to change the yoke and forks. Replacing rear silencer are allowed internalelor and forks.
- Not allowed relief crankshaft
- It is forbidden changing camshafts, pistons and connecting rods.

3. Disciplinary Code and Arbitration
Participants, officials and organizers are obliged to comply with competition rules "DUNLOP ROMANIAN Superbike". Proper sports attire and binding in the park pit lane and at home for the duration of the competition.
Physical and verbal aggression during the competition, in paddokului, is punishable by a fine of 1000 euros 50euro. The amount of the fine will be determined by the competition jury. For cases with injuries certified by a physician, result in disqualification from the competition penalty and the second instance to exclusion 24 months. Clerk of the competition jury may request a sanction more severe.
The right to protest. Any person (sports, team member, official, organizer, etc.), affected by a decision or an infringement of this Regulation shall be entitled to protest against the decision or breach. You can not protest against sanctions imposed by the Clerk.
Technical appeal the outcome of a race must be signed and filed only by the person directly interested in the competition secretary within 120 minutes of communication provisional results. An appeal shall be judged in maximum 14 days after filing of appeals decisions will be communicated in writing to the appellant. The parties may attend an appeal, and can defend themselves if necessary.
The organizer must ensure that in case of accidents, riders speedy and unconditional access to a hospital with permanent services of surgery, orthopedics, medical, neurology, radiology and ATI
At the request of the Clerk or Clerk of doctors, any rider must perform spot a medical or alcohol.

Healthcare

It is compulsory to present at least two ambulances circuit, one equipped with cardiorespiratory resuscitation equipment and personnel required.
If, for various reasons, all ambulances leaving the circuit, training or race will be interrupted and will be resumed only after returning ambulance with cardiorespiratory resuscitation equipment.

This Regulation shall take effect on 30.03.2017.
The provisions of this Regulation may be amended only before 30 days prior to the first stage .

Dunlop Romanian Superbike 2017 rules

Riders, technicians, officials and others involved in any way in the organization and running of the competition "ROMANIAN Dunlop Superbike 2017 'are required to know and comply with the provisions of this Regulation and its Annexes. It is the responsibility of teams to train its own members in order to know the provisions of this Regulation and its annexes. Ignorance of this regulation and its annexes does not exempt anyone from responsibility and possible sanctions. The competition is addressed to the Romanian and foreign riders whatever their level riding who want to conduct an outdoor sporting activity that requires circuits designed to pilot motorcycles, safely.

1. Sporting Regulations

Change can be made for technical reasons stages can cancel at any time but cannot add another stage without being announced at least 30 days in advance.

1.2. Rules
Rounds can be part of international competitions, but will produce separate rankings.

The organizer disclaims any liability for damage caused to motorcycles, accessories and materials by accident, fire or other incident.
Teams access to the closed park must be secured with at least 4 hours before the first workout.
Teams will be provided with access to toilets
It is not allowed to stop on the race track in free practice and during races.
The ride in reverse direction on circuit is prohibited.
The maximum speed on pit lane is 60 km / h and 30km / h in the paddock.
If a rider cause to another rider damage to the bike and produce his injury as a result of a wrong maneuver considered dangerous riding will be disqualified from the race.
The rider who is front of at least one wheel has priority entry into the curve.
Following a motorcycle accident can be reused only if a new technical check is made.
Alcohol consumption is not allowed, drugs or doping substances prohibited in sport. In case of a appeal, an antidopping control can be made.

1.2. Officials
Officials delegates for the entire competition are:
Clerk - is responsible for complying with this regulation throughout the competition and the smooth conduct of training and racing. Coordinate the different compartments of the competition. It has the following powers:
a) Control the training and race schedule compliance and, if necessary, propose changes to their hours Competition Jury in accordance with the Sporting Regulations.

    1.5. Entries and participants
    To take part in a stage of the competition "DUNLOP ROMANIAN Superbike" an rider must have the following documents:
    - Driving license A / A1 or license to practice sport motorcycle speed circuit.
    - Copy of birth certificate or CI or juvenile.
    - Authenticated consent of both parents, if the rider has not turned 18 at the time of the stage. The documents will be submitted to the secretariat of the competition before the technical inspection, and will be received back after the contest.
    - Fee payment.
    Submitting ranking "DUNLOP ROMANIAN Superbike" is automatic and free if the rider participate in the first stage and can be done at any other stage upon request and apply a fee of 20 Euro.

    We recommend signing an accident insurance policy valid for sports competitions.
    Participants testify on his own responsibility as their health allows them to ride motorcycles.

Rookies CUP 2015 - Competition to promote and finding new talent.

This competition is open to beginners and intermediate level riders who do not have a sufficiently large circuit experience to participate in advanced competitions. Registration is based on the application form.

Not allowed riders who finished in the top 12 of the advanced classes in the last 3 years.
In the absence of information, Dunlop Romanian Superbike organizers reserve the right to restrict enrollment based on the level of riding.
1.6. The competition numbers will be assigned in the order the results obtained in the previous season. Applications for booking the race numbers must be made at least 30 days before the start of the season. Riders who enroll for the first time in a class will receive the remaining unassigned numbers. Managing requests for competition numbers is done by the promoter. The competition numbers 1,2,3 cannot be attributed only occupants of these positions last season.

1.7. Revision technical and medical control.
All motorcycles and helmets must be presented at technical inspection before participating in the first practice session timed. An rider may have to review by 2 motorcycles for each class. 1.8. Training

1.11. Starting procedure

1.13. Conduct during training and racing

The award ceremony is obligatory presence in combinezon.Participantii not present at the award ceremony or who present in overalls unequipped competition will be fined 50 euros for the first offense and 100 for subsequent offenses.

The first 3 places will be awarded in all classes with trophies or cups. The amounts to be obtained from fines will be added to budget for the final standings of the season premiere. Prize funds will be allocated as follows:
Rank 1 Superbike Challenge- 40%, 2nd place 20% Challenge- Superbike, Superbike Challenge- 3rd place 10%
Rank 1 Supersport - 10%, Rank 1 Rookies 1000-10%, Rank 1 Rookies 600-10%

2. Technical Regulations
2.1. General technical rules. During a race, a motorcycle can be powered only by the power of its own engine, muscular force or gravity.

The end levers will filled with a solid material or rubber.
All the levers must end with a minimum diameter of 16mm ball, the ball can be flattened; must remain rounded edges and the minimum thickness must be 14mm; the ball must be an integral part of the lever.
Acceleration must close automatically when not operated by hand.
All side covers covering cavities and circulating oil can get into contact with the ground in case of a fall, be protected by an additional layer of composite material, carbon or Kevlar, aluminum or steel plates.
The rear swingarm Install a chain guard so as to reduce the possibility that any part of the body to be caught between swing pilot, the lower run of the chain and pinion rear wheel.
Not folding ladders must end in a rigid (aluminum, plastic or similar) a minimum 8mm diameter sphere.
It can add or change the handlebar damper. It should not limit fork movement.
Additional mechanisms gear selection, systems "quick shift" are allowed.
The thickness of the tire tread before the entry must be at least 2.5mm track.
The windshield can be replaced. The material must be transparent
The exhaust system can be modified or replaced.
All plugs and screws that are connected to a cavity by circulating oil must be secured with wire.
It should be removed: mirrors, number plate, ladders passenger, the passenger rear set.

Both of the motorcycle brake systems must operate independently.

2.2. Superbike class
Motorcycle engines minimum 601 and maximum engine 1000cc 4-cylinder, 1000 cc 3-cylinder engine, 1300 cc 2-cylinder engine .
Minimum weight sport bike + 230 kg.
Motorbikes can preserve original fairings or be replaced by a slaughter of competition. Motorcycle areas must not have sharp or blunt.
Front forks can be replaced partially or entirely.
Back tipper can replace or modify. Using carbon fiber or Kevlar is prohibited.
The rear suspension can be replaced. The gripper arms rear suspension can be replaced.
The wheels can be replaced.
Front brake pump can be replaced or modified
Front and rear calipers, brake pads, brake discs hoses can be replaced or modified.
You can use any type of tire. Support leg stirrups can be replaced, modified, but must keep the original frame fixings.
Levers, levers and their cables may be modified or replaced. You must keep the engine stop button.
Hulls, mud guards and other parts of the body must keep the bike as approved.
Air pipes from the air filter box hulls to be replaced to change.
Lower hull to be constructed so that in case of failure to can hold at least 5 liters of fluid. Holes in the hull bottom edge must be at least 50 mm above the lowest point of the hull. The hull must have a plug that can be opened only declared -wet race.
The container can be replaced or modified.
The reservoirs of carbon fiber, fiberglass and other composite materials must meet FIM standards on tanks or contain multicellular foam.
The radiator can be replaced or modified. It can be mounted radiators and oil coolers further.
Air filter box can be modified or replaced. It can replace or remove the air filter. Crankcase gas discharge pipes must be connected to the air filter box. The system must be able to retain after a failure up to 1 liter of liquid.
The engine computer (ECU), fuel pump, spark plugs, may be modified or replaced.
Camshafts, gears of axles, valves, springs, seats can be modified or replaced.
Cylinder Head can be changed. You must keep the number of inlets and exhaust. Polishing and changing inlet and outlet openings (porting) is allowed.
The compression ratio can be changed. The combustion chamber may be modified.
The crankshaft, connecting rods, pistons can be modified or replaced.
Reports from the gearbox, and reports and pinion gears on the wheel can be changed.
Additional mechanisms gear selection, systems "quick shift" are allowed. The clutch can be modified or replaced; allowed time limit.
Electrical wiring can be modified or replaced.
All plugs and screws that are connected to a circulating oil cavity must be ensured.
Additional electronic equipment can be used.
Can be removed: Instrumentation, tachometer, speedometer, radiator fan, upper chain protection.

2.3. Class Super Sport
Motorcycle 401 cc engine minimum and maximum 600 cc 4-cylinder engine, 675 cc 3-cylinder engine, 750 cc 2-cylinder engine; are admitted only street tires (Certification number); except for rain tires for racing declaration "wet race"; motorcycles that class can not attend class Super Bike.
Minimum weight sport bike +:
600cc 4 cylinder 675cc 3-cylinder 220 Kg 225 Kg cylinder 750cc 2 228Kg  and 4 cylinder 636cc  with 12Kg ballast weight .
The principal may only be amended by adding admitted holes for mounting components (hulls, handlebar damper, etc.). The frame must be a number.
Front forks can not be replaced. You can change the internal parts of the forks.
It can add or change the handlebar damper. It should not limit fork movement.
Back tipper can not replace or modify.
The rear suspension can be replaced.
The wheels can not be replaced.
Front or rear brake pump can be replaced or modified
Back or front calipers can not be replaced or modified
Brake pads, hoses, brake discs can be replaced or modified; they must keep the dimensions and positions approved ..
Are allowed SLICK tires and tire type approved for use on public roads. if a race is declared -UDA- can use special rain tires marked "Not for Highway Use" or "NHS". The thickness must be running before entering the training or race of at least 2.5mm.
Support leg stirrups can be replaced, modified, but must keep the original frame fixings.
Levers, levers and their cables may be modified or replaced. You must keep the engine stop button.
Hulls, mud guards and other parts of the body must keep the bike as approved.
Air pipes from the air filter box hulls to be replaced to change.
Lower hull to be constructed so that in case of failure to can hold at least 5 liters of fluid. Holes in the hull bottom edge must be at least 50 mm above the lowest point of the hull. The hull must have a plug that can be opened in a race declared -wet. The tank can not be replaced or modified.
The radiator and oil cooler can be replaced or modified.
Air filter box can not be changed. It can replace or remove the air filter. Crankcase gas discharge pipes must be connected directly to the air filter box.
The engine computer (ECU), fuel pump, pressure regulator, spark plugs, plugs, air intake funnels can be modified or replaced.
Camshafts, gears of axles, valves, can be changed.
Cylinderhead, can be changed. You must keep the number of inlets and exhaust. Polishing and changing inlet and outlet openings (porting) is allowed.
The compression ratio can be changed. The combustion chamber may be modified.
The crankshaft, connecting rods, pistons can not be changed or replaced.
Reports from the gearbox, and reports and pinion gears on the wheel can be changed.
The clutch can be modified or replaced; allowed time limit (slippery clutch).
The electrical system can be changed. Position and size can be changed battery.
Additional electronic equipment can be used.

2.4. Rookies Classes 600 and Rookies1000
Motorcycles can participate must be produced in large series motorcycles. Prototypes are NOT allowed.
Motorcycles lower hull not closed in order to retain 4 liters of liquid must have the oil cap and oil filter provided.
Tyre type allowed to point in the season 201:

No tyre restrictons for the season 2017.


Changes allowed to the bikes:

-Handlebars

-Transmission chain and sprockets

-exhaust

Changes are not allowed to bike:

- Engine with turbocharging mechanism, turbine, compressor, NOS systems. Only aspirated engines are aloud.
- Using another fuel than gasoline sold at the pump;
- Not allowed to use aftermarket wheels;
- Not allowed modification of the motorcycle other that are specify in this rules;
- Not modify the rear swingarm.
- It is not permitted to change the tank,
- It is forbiddenchangingoraddinganotherwater or oil radiator

- It is not permitted to change the yoke and forks. Replacing rear silencer are allowed internalelor and forks.
- Not allowed relief crankshaft
- It is forbidden changing camshafts, pistons and connecting rods.
- No prerequisites changing board and bike's ECU.

3. Disciplinary Code and Arbitration
Participants, officials and organizers are obliged to comply with competition rules "DUNLOP ROMANIAN Superbike". Proper sports attire and binding in the park pit lane and at home for the duration of the competition.
Physical and verbal aggression during the competition, in paddokului, is punishable by a fine of 1000 euros 50euro. The amount of the fine will be determined by the competition jury. For cases with injuries certified by a physician, result in disqualification from the competition penalty and the second instance to exclusion 24 months. Proven violation of these provisions will attract penalties provided in this chapter or in other chapters of this Regulation:

- Warning: can be done in private or in public.
- Fine: between € 50 and € 1000 payable in lei at BNR
- Penalty of up to two minutes resulting in demotion rider in the final standings of the race.
- Disqualification: may be in a stage of training (black flag, black flag with orange disc) from the race (black flag, black flag with orange disc), or the results of the race;
- Withdrawal points: points loss of steps already played.
- Suspension: the loss of participation in one or more stages of the competition;
- Exclusion: complete and permanent loss of the right to participate in any activity under the promoter.
It can dictate more sanctions against those guilty simultaneous.

The Clerk may penalize automatically:
- Riders, participants and team members for violations of the place during a stage.
- Any voluntary or involuntary action of a person or group of persons committed against this Regulation or indications of an official during a step.
- Any act of corruption, fraud, or prejudicial to the interests of competition or sport, committed by a person or group of persons during a step.
Penalties that may be imposed by the Clerk

Clerk of the competition jury may request a sanction more severe.
The right to protest. Any person (sports, team member, official, organizer, etc.), affected by a decision or an infringement of this Regulation shall be entitled to protest against the decision or breach. You can not protest against sanctions imposed by the Clerk.
Technical appeal the outcome of a race must be signed and filed only by the person directly interested in the competition secretary within 120 minutes of communication provisional results. Appeal fee is 100EUR and shall be deposited with the Secretary protester competition. If the protester's right, the fee will be returned. If the complaint involves dismantling a motorcycle, the fee will be 500EUR payable in lei at BNR the Secretary of the competition, which will remain the promoter 100EUR and 400EUR will be transferred party is right, as the losing party will bear the entire amount of 500EUR.
The losing party will bear the costs of materials needed reassembly.

Appeals will be heard by the jury of the contest held in accordance with these Rules and the decisions will be communicated in writing to the protesters. Competition Jury Decisions come into force at the time of delivery. Failure of Competition Jury decision entails the suspension until the end of the racing season.
An appeal shall be judged in maximum 14 days after filing of appeals decisions will be communicated in writing to the appellant. The parties may attend an appeal, and can defend themselves if necessary.
The organizer must ensure that in case of accidents, riders speedy and unconditional access to a hospital with permanent services of surgery, orthopedics, medical, neurology, radiology and ATI
At the request of the Clerk or Clerk of doctors, any rider must perform spot a medical or alcohol.
Following the results of such review, the Clerk may prohibit an rider participating in training or race. Stealing or refusal of a rider to perform a special medical examination or blood alcohol result in disqualification.
Healthcare
Competition doctor should be a doctor or paramedic with a free practice in the European Community, specializing in emergency treatment of road accidents, and cardio-respiratory resuscitation. It is obligatory presence of two additional qualified nurses doctors similar contest. It is compulsory to present at least two ambulances circuit, one equipped with cardiorespiratory resuscitation equipment and personnel required.
If, for various reasons, all ambulances leaving the circuit, training or race will be interrupted and will be resumed only after returning ambulance with cardiorespiratory resuscitation equipment.

This Regulation shall take effect on 30.03.2017.
The provisions of this Regulation may be amended only before 30 days prior to the first stage .
